Ladies, you have to understand what a nice pair of heels does to your look and to your body. Heels tighten your legs, more specifically your thighs (they look mildly muscular). Heels also lift your azz, giving it a more shapely appearance (basically a lie). Those are the physical traits from them, but they're also more fashionable in most occasions. Ladies, I know this sounds very male chauvinistic, but it's the truth. Gentleman, oh you thought you were safe, we have advice for you too. Fellas, learn to respect a lady wearing heels all day/night, apparently they hurt like a mofo. Realize that to an extent she is wearing that for you, as well as herself. If you manage to be alone with her sometime that night, rub her feet a little (don't tickle her). Lastly, no matter what she has on treat her like a lady.
SwagStars, keep the movement alive and continue being fly. Wear the clothes that work for you and make you feel comfortable. Don't wear peep toe or open toe shoes unless your feet are up to par, that's a major turn off. Much Love.

I love to wear heels... but I love flats even more. There is a time and an occasion for every shoe and I believe in comfort no matter what. I do feel sexier and put together in heels; it completely changes your attitude. But my confidence is major so I do the same in flats. I have pretty feet and will forego the heels to keep the corns and bunions away.
You've selected some nice shoes there... unfortunately I also have juvenile arthritis in both knees... those are a wee bit too tall for me lol.

I have great legs so I love heels
And men love some legs! if you find the right man, he might climb up those legs. Oh Boy!!!

I have a pair of J's, a pair of workout shoes, a few pairs of flip-flops, and about 100 heels! I'm a shorty, so I need them. =) I absolutely love stilettoes, but wedges are a more comfortable approach for the long working days.
I wear heels and flats.. my legs are pretty long so I don't think it makes a big difference for me.
All of those benefits that you mentioned would be correct. THey also help a woman (or maybe it's just me) wth a sexier walk.

High Heels are an ABSOLUTE MUST in this day and age! If you're not rockin' a heel 3 1/2 in or higher, you doing yourself an injustice! Heels are for EVERYDAY of the week. Like my Black Card, I don't leave home without them!
I just hope ladies remember what heels do to a woman's feet after a long time. Has anyone ever peeped and elderly woman's feet who has worn heels most of her life? the corns and bonions (sp?) and just yuck of it all! I don't know about anyone else...but I want to keep pretty feet even when I'm 75. I dont want to have to wear close toe shoes in the summer when I'm older b/c my feet are too embarrasing.
I will say tho...heels do make those legs look sexy!
And i want fellas to know...some heels HURT like hell! I've gotten blisters from some shoes...but a girl's gotta be cute right? what's the addage...beauty is pain?
Like some of the other ladies said...i'm versatile. I have stilettos, wedges, flats, flip flops to slippers. As long as she's fitted right and looking cute what does it matter if she's walking around in 5 in stilettos?
i love wearing heels. it makes me feel sexy all day long. good call on advising the men on foot rubs. as good as they look, at the end of the day, our feet ache!
